4. Fees and Deductions
- Restocking Fees:
- A restocking fee of 10% of the product value may be applied to returns of non-defective parts.
- Deductions:
- Deductions may be applied for parts returned in damaged or incomplete condition.
- If the delivery is refused and the shipment is returned, shipping Costs for both ways will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount. Please note, we charge this fees as the shipping cost for auto parts are very high because of their volumetric weight and sometimes the cost of shipment can go as high as the cost of the product itself.
